We are very privileged to read the banns for many couples in our parish before they get married. If this is you, please drop an email to admin@stmarkschurch.uk and one of our admin staff will be in contact. You will need to arrange a time to meet up and provide the necessary documentation.
We will read your banns out over three consecutive weeks, the last of which needs to be 3 weeks before your wedding, so do try to allow enough time. If there aren’t enough weeks left, there are alternative, but more expensive, options, so please don’t panic!
It’s a real treat to hear your banns read out – don’t miss the chance to hear your part in this ancient tradition. We will let you know the dates and would love to see you!

Weddings
If you are looking for a local venue for a church wedding, you have come to the right place! We can seat over 150 people (in normal times) and have sound equipment to allow a live worship band to accompany your service.
